 The Warner IT department is happy to announce that we have deployed one of our Meraki Wireless-N units near the Tabor Grind in Edgvet.  This new technology will allow for a faster, more content rich experience for your laptops and mobile devices.

 If you need help logging in or cannot remember the password, go to: http://helpdesk.warnerpacific.edu/ and login with your username and password, click on the Knowledgebase and then the article under “Getting started @ WP” on how to connect to wireless.

Power outage affecting Division Street Apartments [RESOLVED]

Update @ 4:00pm - PGE has since restored power and Division street apartment power service should be restored.  If you are having issues, please let us know.

Update @ 10:10am - PGE is aware of the problem and are working on it.  Listed here:

Currently we are experiencing a power outage at the Division Street Apartments.  This is affecting all residents including wired and wireless networks.  Maintenance is working on the issue and we hope to have an update later this morning.

Wireless outage in Smith Upper D [RESOLVED]

UPDATE @ 10:13am - We have resolved the issues in Smith Upper D.  If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Helpdesk.

Right now we are having an issue with our Meraki unit for wireless access in Smith Upper D.  I am working with Kaylee Krout on getting the wireless unit back up and running.  Details to follow on when wireless service will be restored.
