Hello all,
In an effort to reign in our security compliance, we will be releasing weekly security updates every Wednesday morning @ 0500.
What this means is that we will be needing you to keep your PC turned on Tuesday evening in order for the patches to download and install on Wednesday morning. You do not need to be logged in for the updates to download but your PC does need to turned on in order to get the updates.
The updates may reboot your PC of which when you login next time, it may seem a little slow due to Windows processing all of the updates that were applied to your PC.
If you have a problem with your PC after a update, then please contact the Helpdesk either by the Helpdesk website:
http://helpdesk.warnerpacific.edu/
or by calling: 503-517-1399 and we will be able to assist you.
Regards,
-Aaron Hockett
