Helpdesk upgrades happening tomorrow, September 19th at 6:30am - 7:30am PDT

To make the Helpdesk experience even better we are performing a much needed upgrade of our system.  Our system will not be available for 1 hr tomorrow morning September 19th from 6:30am to 7:30 Pacific Daylight Time.  This will allow us to install some crucial updates and overall enhance the Helpdesk end-user experience for you.  

No further action is required and we will post a news update when the updates have been completed.
