PGP: message is blocked. Connection to tray failed.

Symptom:  Can't send email - PGP Blocked

If you are receiving an error message when trying to send email with the reason PGP BLOCKED, here are a couple of things to try:

1. Restart your computer - this is always the first line of defense

2. Click the start button, find Symantec Encryption, and click Symantec (or PGP) Encryption Desktop.
    If asked to start encryption services click Yes
