No Sound?

Ensure the speaker is turned on and the volume dials are turned up. Also, check that the sound is turned up on the laptop.

 

Projector not projecting?

If the projector is not displaying your laptop screen, press the windows key + P to select Duplicate. 

If the projector has a blue screen with “no signal,” unplug the projector cable from the laptop, wait about 10 seconds, and plug it back in. If that doesn’t work, do the same with the projector power cable that is plugged into the wall socket.
